So we took the opportunity of having a free Saturday and planned an outing to Sentosa! Byron and Adel were away in KL for the weekend so no CG this week. K2 has always loved the beach, a place to run around and swim, and build sandcastles :D So, we brought along a big bag of sandcastle-building equipment and our sunglasses and headed to the artificial beaches made with imported sand!
The original plan was to meet at 1pm for lunch and then quickly buy whatever we need and get to the beach at 2pm but we failed.. Somehow we delayed so much, and people got lost all over Vivo and we couldn't find the right place to return shopping carts and so we reached the beach at 330pm hahaha

I really really really thank God for the weather, cause when we first reached the beach, it started to drizzle and I prayed really hard that it wouldn't rain, cause its not often we have a CG outing.. And it stopped drizzling! :D And when we finished building and destroying the sandcastle, it started to get really hot, and God sent a heavy shower for about 20 minutes, through which we played ultimate frisbee in the rain. Refreshing! And when it was time to go off, the sky cleared up :) Perfect timing :)
We had dinner at Pastamania at the Cruise Centre and we celebrated Fern's birthday there with a Tiramisu cake!
